• Booking Process:

• Assist passengers to go to the lavatory from their seats and return. They will not help passengers inside the restroom, or may not be able to lift them from their seats 
• Help passengers in opening the packages for the food and beverages. 

However, you must note that the cabin crew won’t assist with specific functions like having meals, using the restrooms, or administering medicines. If the traveler isn’t able to carry out these daily functions with ease, they must travel with an escort who will ensure the passenger’s comfort and safety. 

Air Dolomiti’s Rules for Passengers with Allergies
